The existing retail unit was stripped back to shell before undergoing a complete refurbishment, creating a high-quality fitness environment that meets the client's operational requirements and brand standards.

This project involved the full refurbishment of a gym located within a busy retail park. The works were designed to modernise the space, align it with the client’s updated brand identity, and improve the overall layout and functionality. Our scope covered a wide range of trades, including decorative finishes, alterations to existing layouts, flooring, ceilings, and coordination with other contractors working on site.

Anytime Fitness - Leamington Spa
Located in the heart of Leamington Spa, this Anytime Fitness project involved the transformation of a challenging yet highly desirable site with a ground floor entrance leading to a basement-level gym. The franchisee, although experienced in construction, chose to partner with Concepts Group to deliver a full turnkey solution. The site’s prominent position on Royal Parade, a designated conservation area, introduced additional difficulties.
