EasyGym - Basildon

Gym Concepts were pleased to complete the fitting out of a 2 storey gym in Basildon for EasyGym.

The Challenge

The old night club and bar being stripped out to shell before carrying out a turnkey package installation for the formation of the new EasyGym site.

The Solution

Our fit out included partitions, ceilings & floor finishes as well as a M&E package with Air-conditioning, fresh air ventilation & extraction, lighting electrics and plumbing.

Gym Concepts worked closely with the Franchisor’s architect, and the franchisee, to produce a value engineered design solution for the project including all of the required brand aesthetics integrated with equipment layouts and operational flow to deliver a first class facility.

From the outset Colin was careful not to overpromise on programme times but the project was completed to the schedule that was agreed.
During the quotation phase options were given and the effects on the budget of each were explained. During construction dialogue was regular, concerns were discussed and solutions agreed and the gym was built on time and to budget. The limited snagging items were remedied very quickly and efficiently. Throughout the project Colin, James and the team dealt with everything in a very professional manner and with good humour. In short I would (and have) wholeheartedly recommend Storage Concepts to anyone for a project like ours.
