BFT - Battersea
BFT is an Australian franchise who contacted Concepts Group to create a new training studio for their franchisees in Battersea.
The Challenge
The proposed site for the new studio was within a railway arch enclosure, the challenge here being severe restrictions on fixings and connections to the existing Arch Co cladding providing as does water proofing to the underside of the Victorian archway.
The Solution
Working closely with the landlord’s representatives and BFT a minimal design was agreed to provide an open airy work out studio space with adjacent shower, bathroom and WC facilities.
All materials, finishes and aesthetics to meet compliance of the BFT global fit out guidelines.
