Anytime Fitness - Maidenhead

Gym Concepts take an empty retail unit and convert into Anytime Fitness in Maidenhead.

The Challenge

Gym Concepts were tasked with converting an empty retail unit on a busy development in Maidenhead into an Anytime Fitness Gym. The fit out included new raised access floors for the bathrooms, all new above ground drainage, new partitioning, wall linings, mechanical & electrical services, decorations and flooring.

The Solution

Detailed list of works carried out by Gym Concepts:

Partitioning & Cladding – All new Gyproc standard stud walls, acoustic wall linings, moisture board wall linings.

Decorative Finishes – Gen 2 spec paint colours, white, grey. Metro wall tiles to bathrooms, ceramic floor tiles to bathrooms, bespoke branded joinery items.

Lighting & Electrics – New mains power distribution, small power, LED lighting, feature lighting, illuminated signage supplies.

Mechanical – New Fresh Air ventilation, Air-conditioning, Bathroom Extraction installations.

Plumbing – New Rada sensor showers, wc services, new mains hot water installations.

Floor Finishes – LVT floor coverings and specialist Rubber flooring and acoustic flooring all Gen-2 Spec.
